Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We ship nationwide via NZ Post. Estimated delivery times:

• Urban areas: 2–4 business days
• Rural areas: 3–6 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Rural delivery addresses may incur an additional rural surcharge.

Free Shipping Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Check our current promotions for details.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
